Prabhas and Rana Daggubati’s Baahubali 2 trailer to release mid-March, confirms SS Rajamouli

Prabhas and Rana Daggubati‘s Baahubali 2: The conclusion is one of the most awaited films of the year. And looks like the wait just got a bit more exciting! While the makers have been releasing some beautiful posters and motion posters, we can finally confirm when the trailer will be released. The Baahubali 2 trailer will be released in mid-March, post which the makers will go all out to promote their film. According to DNA, director SS Rajamouli finally revealed in an interview that the trailer will be out mid-March and that they are planning to have a grand launch event for the same.

Reportedly, the makers had planned to launch a special teaser with Shah Rukh Khan‘s Raees, however that didn’t work out.The makers have employed 33 studios to complete the large amount VFX work on the movie and from what we hear it is going smoothly and they will surely make the April 28 deadline. The team has now a set game plan and they have even strategised an intricate promotional plan.


When Baahubali: The Beginning released in 2015, everyone was blown away by it. The majestic sets, the fantastic storyline and the terrific performances left everyone spellbound. And from what we hear, Baahubali 2 or Baahubali: The Conclusion will try to take the franchise to another level. The upcoming movie will also give us the answer to the biggest question that has been on everyone’s mind since the last two years – ‘why did Kattappa kill Baahubali?’ We will also come to know how Shiva/Amarendra Baahubali (son of Baahubali) will take his revenge on the Mahishmati Kingdom.
