Aparna, Parambrata starred "Bhuban Majhi" premieres today

The premier of much waited movie "Bhuban Majhi" starring Aparna Ghosh of Bangladesh and Parambrata Chatterjee of India’s Kolkata will be held today.
Parambrata is expected to join the show on the day.
On March 3, a total of 11 cinema halls including Star Cineplex, Madhumita and Shaymoli will show the movie altogether.







Earlier on February 5, the members of Bangladesh Film Censor Board certified it praising the movie.
The government-granted film is based on the country’s Liberation War in 1971, said Fakhrul Arefin, the director of the film.
“The film will describe the ravages and brutalities of the occupation forces and the sacrifices, loves and emotions of the freedom fighters,” he said.
Aparna played the role of an aristocratic family member of East Pakistan while Parambrata acted as Nahir Bawl who is the follower of Lalon.
Mamunur Rashid, Naushaba, Sushama Sarkar, singer Waqeel and others are also in the film.
